We will therefore accompany you on your journey – as an instructor, mentor, but also as a contact for aspects that do not necessarily relate to your apprenticeship. This is what to expect as a mechatronics engineer apprentice at Ferro:

You extend your knowledge within our company, at college and at the Berufsbildungsstätte Westmünsterland (professional training provider in Western Münsterland, Germany).
You learn how to connect and set up equipment and systems, which use electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic energy.
You will become a professional at installing and checking controls.
You maintain and repair machinery and help developing technical innovations.
You get support from your instructors and training officers, who will accompany you throughout your entire apprenticeship.
You enjoy a practical and versatile apprenticeship, which will allow you to quickly take on responsible tasks.
